haiz...

the goodie bags!

Luckily
water puddles,
run on the puddles,
and splash the
water on the rest
of the runners...
without saying
"Sorry"... ...

YAH, 3 CHEERS TO
THE SPIRIT OF COMPETITION.

someone shouting instructions
to us runners:

A:
"... those running less than 10km turn right,
the rest go straight ahead..."

brilliant instructions.
who are those running less than 10km?
a) you mean those 5km runners,
b) or those 10km runners who run halfway?

nevertheless,
so we ran straight
getting lesser and lesser people running.
There are also two other
events held around the area.
SO MANY PEOPLE,
so who is who???
CONFUSION SETS IN.
Where are we heading?
as we are getting nowhere,
so we stopped running.
And headed back to the point
where the person was shouting.
It was disappointing,
to stop halfway,
probably less than 5km even.

lost and confused.

There was no proper
signs & directions.
There was no marshallers
along the route.
There was no proper
crowd control.
There was no good
handling of the event.

Collection of the goodie bags
was also a total disaster!
There was a long queue of
people but it's not moving
at all.
Everyone was jumping queue,
they just head towards the
collection counter and cut into
collect their share.
I did that too.
Because the distribution system
sucks.
If they can cut queue, so can I.
There was no proper control.
=_=

I shall not talk about how we lost
contact with ks.
Because he run so far ahead of us,
we lost him.
We could not link up with him at
the designated point,
because he was not there.
HAHAHA!
I think we lost him,
or he lost us.
We looking for him, he looking for us.
I reckon he'll do it.
He'll run home then contact us later.
Sure enough, he called back from his home.
Imagine,
other people run 10km, he run 17km.
Just an ordinary thinking soldier he is.

Got sponsorship on degree courses offered
by my employer, should i take it?
HMMMM... ... a point to ponder...
