Another aimless week

Aimless because everyday on standby where to go and what to do. I'll never be able to get the right instructions until the very last minute. I may have to go to another location instead of the pre-planned one or to carry out some other tasks instead of the original idea. All-in-all, I feel like a puppet. You'll only get to go wherever the one controlling you wants you to and to carry out whatever he/she fancies.

Started running again today, with mixed results. Afternoon went for the liferun at the Turf City. It was just a 3.5km which was enough to test how well my knee had recovered. Started slow and steady and gradually increased my speed and momentum. Everything well right until the burst to the finishing area, legs were abit tired but nevertheless was well.

Went for a second round in the evening since ks and mz asked me to go, might as well try out how far my legs can carry me.

Bad decision.

After slightly more than 1km of running my right knee starts to feel pain again. Had no other choice but to stop. Guess i've made it worse after it had recovered. Think it's time to go for a checkup.
