Cannot type in the title, that sucks!

July begins... Lots of stuff happened on July... last year haha.

Participated in the Passion Run held in East Coast Park in the early morning. Considering that i have not been running for the past 3 to 4 weeks, i had planned to skip it, but shelved that idea. I needed to run and going for that event helps, just hope that i don't get myself hurt... badly. Met up with a few colleagues at the Starting Point. The starting was good and slow due to the congestion of large number of people participating and the short width of the running path does not help matter either.

I ran with a pace that was abit too fast for 10km, probably suitable for a 5km run definitely not a 10km. By the time i reached the 5km turning point, i was cursing and swearing at how far it was and out of breathe. Subsequently, i used the run-and-walk technique to gain back control of my breathing. By the end of the run, i was out of steam and my knee caps hurted... for the rest of the day. My legs are crampy too, think i overdo it. Sigh, should have relac-relac run...

Went watched DieHard4.0 with sj in the late afternoon. Pretty nice show with a good plot and of course MAGGIE Q~! Stunning looking babe, she looks hot playing that baddie role, too bad they scripted her character to die... so horribly. Haha, usually pretty girls don't die so horribly. The greatest overhyped part of the show was near the ending of the movie, where the X-35 fighter hunting the truck. I mean, com'on man, X-35 cannot hover and manouver like that leh, VTOR technology is only use for take off and landing. It's not easy to take off and land like that either, manouvering it so smoothly as depicted in the show is much more close to impossible. But it's an action movie, what else to do to capture the audiences' minds? But someone definitely not so fascinated about it, especially when she fell asleep during the scene above haha. Probably too much action for her.

After show, went down to Club Pine Close to meet up with yj, cla, roo & angie, ks for dinner. DaBao-ed from airport rd hawker center. I had the opporunity to carry lebron for the first time to the hawker center. boy was he heavy (for me of course, i had to carry him all the way there). I was profusely sweating all over and the heat was not helping either even though there are fans around. Well, he's a handful now that he learnt two things.

1. He can now stand up straight.
2. Now can stand up, walking and running was a breeze.

he doesn't mind falling though. Well, it's normal for babies like him to learn to fall and crawl and get back up again. Soon, he'll be running around, his parents will now train to chase him after a period of training their arm powers (carrying him from places to places). He's definitely a HANDFUL.
