sicky weekend

felt sicky today...
probably ate too much spicy and hot food
body had became what was known as "heaty"
throat became very dry and poached
with a burning sensation and itchness
soon, it had affected one of my nosetrils
...

blocked - running - blocked
running - blocked - running

the irritating cycle kept repeating... ...
Worse, it affected my eyesight~
my left eye became puffy and itchy.
And i kept sneezing and the nose kept running.
Coughing came along and join in the party.
Great.
